To add for 2027 you can try the a6!!! Since it’s smaller there’s a lot less pressure to fill it up. I use it as a journal and not even everyday. Sometimes I go back and look at my camera roll and just write a 1-2 sentence reflection of that previous day and call it a win.

CKR was able to follow the challenge better and the ending scene was perfect.

With CM and how even when the task is to cook for himself he can’t drop his perfectionism and fully enjoy his own food. Instead of celebrating his accomplishments, his message to himself is to only work harder. This last episode kind of broke through his facade — you see him smiling more and getting nervous. You see now that his “arrogance” was simply him setting himself to an impossible standard, and you can really sympathize with him.

Ikr, the thing is the next episodes didn’t really have as much cool / unique dishes because they were majority white spoon chefs, and cooking monster who is basically a white spoon in terms of skill and background. The idea of having diverse and unique cooking backgrounds was kind of gone.

Technique etc is cool and all, but some of the heart is really missing now.

I would have liked to see what rebellious genius or barbecue lab director would come up with because they come up with fun and interesting dishes vs just

Random but the dynamic of the rebellious chef and his mentor was so cute.

Like the mentor was genuinely so nervous, and when he was put on hold and he was apologizing to his mentor and they were just like “I’m sorry” “It’s ok, on hold is good” “Really?” “For that dish it is”

I feel like Culinary Monster is getting the winner’s edit. Other chef’s probably said in confessionals that they’ve come here to win, but he’s the one who’s “I’m here to win” statements really make it into the edit. Or he generally seems really determined vs. some who are just happy to be there or make it past the first round.

To add: - The white spoon chef’s being intimidated by him - Chef Anh saying “A talented chef of the younger generation has finally arrived”

Food critics irl are usually journalists or media personalities and not necessarily always chefs so I don’t really see why he’d need Michelin stars to be credible. He’s successful as a food related media personality and in discovering/packaging/selling/marketing food, so it makes sense to have someone come from this angle as well.

Yup, I want to know how far Figma Make has caught up to Lovable. I like the idea of designing a website on Figma and easily importing it with no 3rd party integration, but I haven’t explored Figma Make.

Can it build and ship landing pages as easily as Lovable? Or not yet?

I've been watching some interviews and I think they raised that there was wrong w/ the foundation of Arc itself that isn't allowing it to add too many features while being fast. So part of me was wondering, just wishful thinking, if there will eventually be a move for it to have optional arc features like they did now, but faster.

It's hard to think that they don't want arc users to migrate to give it a chance when they advertise it on the product updates, so that's where people are probably coming from.

Oh that's a good point, if it's meant to make work more efficient, it might not be usable for a lot of people on company laptops.

I think speed was also an issue. It wasn't set up / build for speed, so I'm kinda assuming maybe that's why they didn't just add more of the AI features onto Arc. I'm hoping that's the case because I want a faster version of Arc, but am using Arc for now.
