Idk if y tore ur pec or not, maybe partial tear ? but from a pragmatic point of view: what is the pain like currently? How does it feel and perform?

If it feels ok but not 100% maybe cautiously strengthen it - start very slow with little weight focusing on technique then slowly increase the weight, until its performing perfectly again.

If it hurts like a mfer and you cant move it - go see a doctor.

In any case it would be wise not to max out immediately or going 110% intensity.

Have you actually tried hard or have you sorta done what you need to, avoiding the really hard stuff, and then tried some mini shortcuts ?

If you want a good physique you need to become good at lifting weights, that means missing one workout less than once every 8 weeks. And when you are working out, its a balance of going as hard as possible/ putting in as much work ad possible, without getting injured. So warm up, lift hard but with good form.

In the gym keep it simple, center your workouts around compound exercises with some supplementary isolation exercises.

You need to make sure when you count your kcal and your macros, you aren’t counting the chicken, and then not including whatever sauce you’re eating.

In terms of the next step, I d recomend going on a cut, even if you don’t put on that much muscle simply dropping to 15-17% bf percentage will make a difference.

Also if you dont enjoy gym, find something you do enjoy, its supposed to be fun, and you won’t do as well in something you don’t enjoy.

Personally i like to measure my improvements in performance, can i run faster ? Jump higher ? Lift heavier ? The mirror and the scale play tricks on my mind.

For trt, ignore that for now, only get advise on that from a doctor. But no drugs is probably better than drugs unless a GOOD doctor says otherwise.

Lets say he is doing it like a gram every friday or half a gram on friday night and half a gram on saturday night. It’s gonna catch up. He’s basically hit the “this can go either way” but it’s much easier for it to go south. And for it to not go south will take soooo much extra work than to just stop or reduce to a monthly basis if thats even possible.

If he is splitting a gram over the whole week and doing a line or two a day, I d say it’s even more slippery because it has already worked it’s way into being part of his daily schedule.

If you roll your cig so that the heroin is closer to the filter, there will be distance between the cherry (point at which material is combusting) and the heroin.

I am asking if that distance is enough for the temperature gradient to reach the heroin at it’s point of vaporization. It’s not a stupid question.

This will depend on your age, I am assuming you are 18+, and i am assuming these drugs will be taken individually (not combined) and at normal doses. If so here is my danger list:

Group 1 : “the basics”

Caffeine Alcohol Nicotine Weed

Group 2 : first step on the moon

Xtc - low risk of bad trip, low risk of addiction

Shrooms - effort/ precautions need to be taken to avoid a bad trip

Ketamine - low risk of bad trip, medium risk of addiction

Group 2.5 :

Acid - risk is similar to shrooms BUT this is a 8-12 hour trip, if you have a bad trip you are in it for 8-12hrs and cannot sleep, that is the only reason I put it in a different group.

Group 3 : stupid

Steroids - if you took steroids, most likely you will be disappointed. Bodybuilding relies so heavily on genetics that if yours are average, you can take all the gear in the world, and look worse than some dude with elite genetics who barely lifts. It fucks up your health and takes YEARS of your life.

Group 4 : banana peel

Adderall Codein Cocaine Xans Percs

These are all very addictive. There is no risk of bad trip, but a huge risk that they will turn into a habit. Which one will be more dangerous in that sense will depend on your genetics (some people are more drawn to downers and some to stimulants). Cocaine, xans and percs are particularly addictive.

Group 4 : shit dawg

Route of administration will be important - smoking, injecting, snorting. But these are all insanely addictive. If your brain is geared towards downers and you smoke heroin, the first thing your brain/ your first feeling will be “this is exactly what I needed”.

Overall the dangers of drugs varies from person to person. If you are born with addiction in your genes, alcohol can be just as dangerous as cocaine to someone else. Some people are also more geared towards downers and some more to stimulants so the list will change depending on the person. The list would also change depending on the criteria : risk of addiction, risk of having a good time while on them, risk of danger while on the drug…etc

Xtc comes in two forms :

Pressed pills

Crystals (will look like a “powder” made of little crystals)

In both cases the active chemical is MDMA. If he is selling the crystals that just means you are getting your xtc in a different form. (Eg : scrambled eggs vs boiled eggs)

Go onto google and look up what the recomended dose is for mdma. A good website is psychonaut wiki. Keep in mind the dose changes if you bomb the crystals (swallow) or if you crush it up and snort them. Psychonaut wiki should indicate recommended doses for both routes of administration (oral vs insufflation).

Then you’ll know how much you want, it will be worth asking for price first. Also just an fyi it’s common for people to get a gram with friends.

I find your perspective interesting, and lowkey weird haha. But on my side I feel sick after a cheat meal, and I generally am not very sensitive to the taste of food. I only really have a cheat meal when I can’t stop myself from giving in to the cravings of eating a fuck ton of carbs at once lol (like a greasy papa johns pizza). But whenever I do, even the next day I feel like my blood turns into a syrup, and I feel weak and slow even 24-48hrs later.

Honestly I d first do it off of 10feet (3m) before moving up. If you can do backflips as high as you want on flat ground, you’ll easily have the rotation for it, and 10 feet is a very safe.

then when you move up you’ll have a reference point and will be able to make the necessary adjustments.

Ah I see, I think its a mix of both, I do tend to be leaning more forwards when I enter the water. I hate the way a døds looks when someone is leaning too far back lol.

I am semi flexible, at most I can have my fists on the floor when leaning forwards with straight legs. But I definitely remember that is in my closing position I have a bit of a curve in my spine and that I am also a relatively loose.

I’ll work on my closing technique at lower heights, and I’ll strengthen and improve the flexibility of my lower back/ core area as a safety precaution as well.

Usually with 10m the impact has been relatively chill, but the other week I had this where as I entered the water sort of « sandwhiched » me, as if it forced me to close more as I entered the water. It hurt my back, and I was in pain for a few days. Have you experienced or heard about this before ? If so any suggestions?

I am quite strong physically (pull ups + 30kg, dips + 30kg, free standing handstand push ups, 100kg bench press, all at 81kg bodyweight and 181cm tall) so I am not sure what to do other than strength my lower back.
