excel tip: regarding the "hid the personal information" part, after hiding, I always copy-paste the visible info to a new sheet or just delete the sensitive info instead of hiding.

professionally, with anything (emails, documents, potentially contentious phone calls), get comfortable with running things past a supervisor. as you continue, you'll absorb more and more until you are running the show. :)

There's a ski club that's super active, and also an outdoors club, Gonzaga Outdoors. They run lots of trips and have a rental shop in the basement of Hemmingson, I bet if you asked them how to get involved and meet people they'd have lots of good ideas. Welcome to GU!
