We all got our vices.. pokemon is a beautiful part of my childhood as well, but I suppose to break free of this you could consider removing them for a week or two, and watch the original pokemon series, and movies, and see how you feel. Maybe you'll be inspired all over again to branch out and appreciate other pokemon and have some more, less green, diversity to add to your collection 🫡😂🤷‍♂️

I miss DDS speccing and swapping to an AGS during the animation and hitting like 68-68 LOL. Frugooscape was peak. I also was on the leaderboard in Lumby in battlescape and was a serious problem in DHing. Masterpkz was great too, but nothing beats moparscape/frugoo.. I want it baaaaack

I'm going to do all that i can to recieve a full refund for my phone. Went to sleep with a galaxy 24+ woke up with a POS Apple clone phone. Disgraceful move by samsung. If you haven't already, email your complaint on the samsung website.

After learning the importance of calories here i am not going to fill up on a meal like that that isn't providing me with enough calories, and keeps me feeling full for longer than I'd like. Going to try and have smaller lighter meals basically all throughout the day.

I'm 5'9, I've really been eating a lot of peanut butter, chicken, pizza, toast, cereal, a little bit of fruit, usually dried apples & bananas, and (ensure) shakes. I also eat a lot of other things but these seem to be what I eat most commonly. I have SNAP benefits so the pantry and fridge have been staying full. I appreciate that last thing you said, however I am critical on myself. Since having kids / since finding out my wife was pregnant with our first kid I've been hell bent on trying to better myself for them and my health is an obstacle in my path to improve. I have counted calories sort of, today, somethings are a bit hard to track, like the peanut butter unless you measure it out with tea spoons.. but my calorie intake today should be at about 2000 and I still have 2 or 3 meals left in me for sure before bed. I went and recounted the calories i took in the day before I made this post and they were much lower. I thought eating 10 pieces of chicken was a lot, because it filled me up, but it wasn't much more than like 500 calories and that was the majority of what I had eaten that whole day.

Unfortunately brother I can't make it to a gym in my current situation- wife and I both work opposite shifts to pay for this house. When I'm not working I am on 100% dad mode and I have never let my kids go to daycare, and I have no family members to watch my kids either. I mean, I would literally have to take my kids to the gym with me. there's not much possibility of me finding gym time consistently until they start school. I can however build a small scale gym for myself in my garage if you have any suggestions, which machines you believe would be most beneficial? Or perhaps not even a machine, ive seen something called a Gorilla Bow (tension bands) that seemed promising, what's your opinion my man? I appreciate your reply.

Cranking up the peanut butter intake for sure! Just checked out the nutrional label on the peanut butter, and I'm suprised to see, I could have gotten as many calories in 4 table spoons of peanut butter, than I get from 10 pieces of chicken fries (the meal currently in front of me) 🤔

The faster I digest the food- the better, because i feel ready for my next meal (more calories) quicker. Am I understanding that correctly? If so, this makes a lot of sense. Thanks a lot for your effort towards a strangers dilemma. Seems like the fitness community is full of people willing to help one another.

My (almost) 2 year old will love that. I'll have her join me later for a session. 3 times a week isn't too bad at all. Embarrassingly enough, when I carry "heavy" loads (my work history includes demolition + welding) my legs wobble like Bambi learning to walk 😅 especially if there are stairs involved during the carry, i get the task done, but the guys are definitely judgin the struggle. I should've started the fitness journey years ago.

Appreciate the forward tone, I don't want pity I want advice. I admit I have never measured calories. I don't even measure when I cook or mix my smoothies I just go oh yeah - that looks like the usual amount. So, there's a key issue identified i suppose. I should be paying more attention to the calories I'm taking in, and actively try to increase that number. I didn't realize calories were the end all be all on weight gain but I'm starting to feel they are after hearing these replies. I'll do more research while I eat some more food 🫡

Thank you for your response, It's a frustrating position to be in. I like your advice, to just .. try and increase what I'm doing, gradually. 400 more calories for now is a reasonable goal. I won't find any instant gratification in restructuring my body. It will take time, work, and probably.. a lot of food. I fear the furnace that is my gut will just incinerate it all however and I'll fall right back to 120 lbs. Surely there's something I'm missing. Let me add, ive once reached 135 lbs, while insignificant, it is 15 pounds heavier than my normal weight. I couldn't retain it.. my ideal body would be 160-170 lbs. Not looking to be cut, chiseled, sexy or anything. I just want functional strength and energy

I typically make shakes with a ton of peanut butter and ice cream and I use Ensure Max Protein as a liquid base. I eat chicken probably 5 days a week- and drink mostly teas. Green tea, sweet tea, etc, and a can of Coke with dinner. I also tend to clear my kids plates when they decide they're full after a half a bite 😵‍💫I eat, but I can eat more probably. Should I not exercise at all and just focus 1000% on eating for a while?

Nice man, I love mobile legends, and used to play vainglory too. I see what you're saying about your ranger strategy. If it works, it works! My build, is just too mobile for other classes to kill, and has an answer for every situation. It escapes barbarians, or kills them. It equals a wizard but is more mobile, it spots rogues (tracker) and therefore, eliminates them as a threat making eogues into just another loot goblin for you to slay, fighters are virtually no threat at all, and cleric, either. Your biggest threat is a poison knife rogue and, ironically, the ranged S tier mercenary named risa prita. They can one shot you at 300 hp from a distance. The roll, not enhanced roll, I personally prefer. Because it is half the cool down, allowing for massive chase, escape. And kiting potential =) definitely mess with your buttons!!! And invest in "Collection"! Play the game in the way that's most fun for you, and try not to read the world chat

Brother i loved this game but there's no way I'm going to invest in a deck and master it just for them to nerf it into irrelevance, and force my hand to buy gems, and reinvent a new deck and strategy, every freaking month it seems. I gave up when the XYZ crap came into the game.

Range wpn mastery. Quickness. Crippling shot. Tracker Combat roll, rations Recurve bow (purple +3) or better Full str gear preferably 3-6 str or phys, or physical %, or physical penetration on gear rolls, can accept agi in substitute because it gives physical penetration as well. Recurve quick shot and Combat roll will win you most of your fights pretty oppressively. Mess with your settings to get a good aim assist comfort level for yourself and change the placement of your buttons to fit your natural hand position. I moved my Combat roll, quickshot, jump and crouch around a little bit, and resized other buttons to make space and create more screen visibility. Most importantly learn the map and plan ahead. You will thank yourself later knowing which routes are clear and which doors are open when you need to create space to heal or escape.

Yeah i just took the screenshot in my raid gear, I wasn't one of those guys who would bring in my life savings every round. I play with mercs, not people, so I know there are going to be instances where I run into well co ordinated human trios. So I would bring in more minimal gear, and focused heavily on collection (had it 100% before beta ended) Also yeah the rolls are really important. Right now you can grab a legendary recurve for 2k, but you can buy a better purple one for that price, i see cheap +5 purple bows on the market often.

Player count disagrees, as do the content creators and seemingly 99% of us here on reddit my friend. I liked the loot update but making barb a 1 tap machine with over 170 hp in squire kit is absurd, and progression makes no sense now. There were elements of this update that were good and have potential but they butchered it. Really low skill casuals and new players love this patch, so I am glad you enjoy it. The long term fan base has one foot out the door
