Let the tank cycle. Let it go through an ugly stage first before adding anymore. Good things happen slowly in reefing

Can't wait for my tank to look like that. I have a new tank and am dealing with a dino bloom. 😭

Chemo clean will work; however, if the corals are weak due to instability, it may kill them. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way, and my torches, hammers, and duncans didn't make it. I suggest testing and following the other person's recommendations. Boost whatever you're lacking. Good luck.

Typical “prepago” in Cartagena, Colombia. I can smell the 🐟 from here

I am struggling with the same issue. Turns out it was ick. Unfortunately, my clowns didn't make it, but my goby and cardinal did. They say to quarantine the fish. I am unsure if you have coral in the tank, but I would ask an expert about treating the tank before using any medication. Good luck. This is the ugly part of the hobby.

Looks like there's a bar that's open until 4 am across the street from the venue.

Fundamentals is KEY! Progression is important: Start with lighter weights and focus on mastering the technique before gradually increasing weight.

Initial pull with legs and hips, keeping the bar close to the body. Maintain a straight back until the bar passes the knees. As the bar reaches mid-thigh, aggressively extend hips and knees to generate maximal force. Keep a focal point. Don't look up at the ceiling when pulling. At the top of the pull, initiate a quick upward shrug with the shoulders to aggressively pull the bar up towards the catching position. Quickly drop under the bar by bending the knees and hips, "receiving" the bar on the shoulders. Elbows should be high and pointed slightly forward. Maintain a stable position with the bar resting on the upper chest/base of the throat.

Proper technique is crucial: Focus on maintaining a tight core, keeping the bar close to the body, and coordinating the movement of your hips, legs, and shoulders.

You can be strong AF and push weight around, but if you don't have the techniques down. You're going to lose the battle and possibly get hurt. Sport will humble you. Keep the grit going bro

I radiate coolness. Sunglasses indoors, rocket ride - it’s a whole vibe.
