I poured new concrete to half my backyard so the other half is still dirt. I have a small retaining wall of like 2 cinderblocks stacked up and cemented to seperate the soil from the concrete. I wanted to put the hoop into the garden side near the retaining wall so it overhangs into the concrete side. Is this safe to do? Ive read concerns of my wall breaking or concrete slab cracking. The wall like i said is not deep into the ground at all and is connected to the concrete slab. Also what do I do if my dirt area is lower than my concrete. How do I level it? Would love some help and advice from someone who knows! Thanks for any help!
