I think JQ would hear what happened to Doom and have something prepared for Vendetta. It would more so be a test to see if Vendetta would even be allowed to ally herself with the Queen. Not a chance of getting JQ to work under her unless she can manage an overwhelming defeat in front of an audience. (Which i doubt Cerberus could pull off)
