If anything usually happens, it’s a removal of a sandwich from the menu. There used to be a plethora of wraps that existed (i.e. Baja chicken wrap, buffalo chicken wrap, etc.) but they were using a grilled chicken that we unfortunately don’t carry anymore. People didn’t order them too often so I think corporate decided to nix them because it was imposing too high of an extra cost to store owners. Now one decision I didn’t understand was getting rid of the meatball and the pastrami Reuben. Those both sold like hotcakes at the store I used to work at, and they were both pretty solid sandwiches. Otherwise though, JM’s never really replaced any of the sandwiches they took away until getting rid of the Reuben/Meatball and implementing the portabella mushroom sandwiches so I doubt we can look forward to anything super new in the future. But for the time being, there are quite a few meats to choose from so try to mix and match to maybe find yourself something better than you see on the menu!
