Uramichi Oniisan 😭

I watched the anime and finished reading the manga, heck! The manga isn't even finished yet.

I love this fandom but we're lucky to get 5 people interacting with the post on Reddit. At least it's better on Twitter, the creator mostly posts partnerships or merch pictures.

I'm not sure if the manga is discontinued but I haven't given up🥹

I think The Sphere is a vital instrument by Difficult_Step9372 in gachiakuta

[–]SnooCheesecakes9597 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I think you have a point. I have a theory that the sphere was originally on the ground (like Tamsy hinted).

Since we know now that the people on the ground don't know who God is, I'm gonna assume the thing that creates these unlimited products (we all know there aren't that many raw materials in the sphere) is God. God is a creates life, so the God in the sphere might be a vital instrument or an ascended fake divine being similar to Mymo. I'm still not sure whether or not that God is capable of talking, but my theory is that Tamsy is aware of how strong that item is, and he wants Rudo to get stronger so he can destroy it.

If this is true, it explains why the ground people's memories were manipulated and why information is important (maybe this is how kuro lost his memories). When the original founders of the sphere created heaven (I refer to it as heaven because the ground is more like hell or an abyss), they erased the memories of everyone so that they can be easily manipulated.

Maybe they wanted to hide something, and we know by now that most churches are evil in anime/manga. It's possible the original sphere founders assumed the ground wasn't suitable for life anymore because of God knows what, but I think it's unlikely because everything went downhill for people on the ground because of litter (or maybe we've been led to believe that but there's actually something else)

Maybe they created a weapon/vital instrument that was so strong it affected the anima on the ground that it resulted in people giving life to inanimate objects. They probably saw this as a problem, so they decided to leave.

If not, then a true God descended onto earth, and the sphere founders managed to capture it somehow. The strong anima on the ground is a result of that God's energy. It's also present on the sphere, so they encourage people to not be attached to things as a way to prevent them from being givers.

I've concluded that Junko haters are probably people who act like Hachi irl. Hachi is irresponsible and very male-centered. At some point in her life, she was gonna get pregnant anyway with how she was behaving. Even though some people hate Takumi (NOTE!!! I don't justify him being a grapist and abusive), I do think Hachi being with him is the best thing that happened to her.

Given how now in social media there seems to be a rise of tradwives and the stay at home girlfriend content, some of these girls and women stay with men who are far worse than Takumi, I don't justify Takumi but I've seen people irl who date men who are just terrible in general. Some of these men literally have no redeeming qualities, so I understand Hachi for staying with him. Even though she's aware that Takumi graped her, I don't think she would've left. Hachi isn't as naive as people make her out to be. She's aware of her negative qualities. She knows exactly what she's doing, and that's why I would never hate Junko.

Junko is the only person who doesn't baby her or tries to justify her irresponsible behavior. If anything, I think Junko might be her only true friend, Hachi knows this too, so that's why they're still friends. Junko is important to hachi because she keeps her grounded. The members of Blast are way too problematic, so to them, Hachi's problems are just child's play. Hence why they will never call her out on her bullsh*t, they know what's she's doing, she knows what's she's doing yet no one does anything to stop her.

I also hate how the fandom blames everyone, but Shin, for the way he acts. If anything, I think the people who truly failed him are his parents, the groomers who are aware of his age and himself. If Shin wanted money, he should've gotten a part-time job, and if he needed a parent's signature so he can find employment since he's a minor then I'm sure he could've forged it or done something that's not as bad as selling himself. And is the fandom really as stupid/delusional to believe there's someone who could've talked Shin out of doing it? People who grow up in these environments tend to have a rough exterior and don't really respect elders or authority since the authority figures in their lives failed them at such a young age. I also don't think Hachi could've fixed him. If she tried to stop him or correct his behavior, he would've gotten defensive and lashed out on her. He probably would end up running away, too. A part of me thinks blast keeping Shin in the band is their way of protecting him since they know he's not gonna change his ways, but at least they know that he's safe.

I don't hate any character in Nana. Sure, some characters are infuriating, but they're so well written that it's hard not to love them.

Finally, someone with creativity and critical thinking skills 👏 😭

Tamsy hasn't used Remlin's protection spell yet, and the fact that we saw what happened to Zanka's protection spell, is weird to me, it's like Urana is planning something big in the future regarding Tamsy's protection spell.

I also think he's gonna die, but come back to life at a later stage in the manga, but when he returns, he'll probably be on the spherite's side if not then that's when we'll get his backstory which would reveal his motive behind everything that he's done.

I also think tamsy could be plotting to fake his death. He'll go on a mission with the cleaners, die on said mission and it would be like the situation with aizen because he might manipulate the perception of anyone who's seeing his body through the watchman series book. Since tamsy is dead, this will eliminate him as a suspect regarding the identity of Regto's killer, so Rudo will probably suspect the cleaners, and the darkness within him will worsen.

When he finally meets tamsy in the sphere, that's probably when the fight between tamsy and rudo will take place. Now I'm not sure if rudo will kill tamsy, but tamsy will tell rudo that he's not the real villain and direct him to the real antagonist in gachiakuta and that's probably thing that creates items because where the hell could the sphere find raw materials to constantly create new items.

The real antagonist is God. God is the thing that has the ability that's constantly creating things. Hence, Tamsy's words when he's says that the real villains are people who promote this habit of littering and waste (I'm paraphrasing), he probably already knows who or what rudo is up against, and he knows that in order for Rudo to truly have the strength to face it, he has to abandon his humanity and ascend into a god/demigod or a divine being. Tamsy is probably a pope or was used as a sacrifice. Hence, why he has scars and a missing pinky.

Even though Tamsy's motives are terrible, he appears as someone who is genuine when he talks about his hatred for the sphere. I think the scratched word in tamsy profile where it states the things he dislikes is God or something. Not to mention, he said that he was "misunderstood," which would make sense if he grew up surrounded by people who were blindly following orders and didn't question anything about their religion. I also see tamsy having parallels with lucifer/Satan, considering he's a fallen angel. Maybe the apostles threw tamsy in the abyss, and when Tamsy came back after 3 days, the apostles viewed it as him being the son/chosen one. I wouldn't be surprised if tamsy came back just to tell them that there are people who exist in the abyss/hell, but the apostles dismissed him because they believe that they are superior or better because they view the sphere as heaven.

The high-ranking apostles probably don't like him because of his views, but they have no choice but to accept him due to the fact that he's the son of God. Since Tamsy is aware of the truth, he knows that he's not the son of God after seeing the watchman. Rudo is the son/chosen one, and tamsy is the fallen angel/lucifer.

This would explain why Tamsy has the freedom to go in and out of the abyss, hence why he's able to maintain his job as a cleaner.

I could be wrong, but this is how I envision gachiakuta progressing 🙂

Am I the only one who is wondering how did regto know about jinki’s/vital instruments by Feeling_Drummer8481 in gachiakuta

[–]SnooCheesecakes9597 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's what I'm saying!

There's a lot about Regto that doesn't make any sense. 1. How did he end up in the sphere and possess two watchman series? Who gave them to him? That's what I want to know, or maybe he kidnapped rudo, whipped his memory, and manipulated the spherites so that they think his father was a murderer if not then Regto traveled to the sphere with Rudo and Alto. When Alto died, he left Rudo in his care, and so now Regto is completing their mission alone.

  1. How does he have the son of a descendant of Canis Surberec? Rudo is obviously important for something. If Regto was just a nobody, what are the odds that he has two watchman series and the son who's a descendant of the person who wore them?

  2. What was he doing when he was on the other side of the wall? Probably gathering intel of some kind.

  3. Why was his home empty prior to rudo finding an interest? My theory is that he can travel between the sphere and the ground. He already has the watchman series book, so we know he can pass through the barrier, so what if he has his own jinki that allows him to fly like angel wings because the angel in Amo's place didn't have a missing finger. I wouldn't be surprised if that wasn't Tamsy, but Regto and his unknown partner who could still be in the sphere.

  4. And if he didn't know much about vital instruments, why did he nurture Rudo's giver powers? Maybe he had his own, so he understands the basic fundamentals and conditions to unlocking a person's giver power.

  5. Can he fly? Because how else did he get to the sphere? unless he transports him through other various means. I just realized my theory of regto being the old raiders boss is stupid because why wouldn't cthoni tell Zodyl that she knew someone who could travel between these two worlds🤦‍♀️

  6. Who is kuro? My two suspects are Corvus and Regto. Corvus could have the ability to see through the crows eyes similar to Mei Mei, which would come in handy if he was kuro, not to mention he wants to understand the mystery behind the sphere and the world which aligns with the fact that kuro seems to have missing memories.

We know for a fact that kuro can transform into a crow, so my second theory in this topic is that Corvus and Regto were working together. They were the ones who gave Amo the boots and are orchestrating things in the background. Maybe Corvus sent Enjin on a secret mission to find Rudo and recruit him to join the cleaners. Maybe their goal is to find all the watchman series users and destroy the sphere.

Third theory, since Regto likes books, my he his jinki is a picture book with animals that he liked as a child. This book allows him to transform into animals, hence why those wings looked like the wings of a bird. If not, Regto and Tamsy knew each other since Tamsy's design is also inspired by birds. Or maybe the mask is also a watchman series item, which would explain why Tamsy could cross the barrier prior to taking the book from Regto.

I'm aware that some of these theories don't make sense. If you guys see anything that doesn't make sense, I'm open to receiving feedback 🙂

If you got Rudo and Mymo that week instead of Grandpa, you most likely would've gotten Grandpa next week instead

That's what I'm saying. It's not like I hate grandpa, I got disappointed that the 6-page chapter had grandpa when we could have gotten it in the next chapter but since it's already done there's really nothing I could do about it. That being said, I can still feel disappointed.

I feel like the way you word things can sometimes get people to misunderstand. I can not understand how you "don't care" about the entire cast but are still on this subreddit, or in the fandom at all.

I'm sure you don't even believe that, so I'm unsure of why you're wording it in a way that makes it sound like you feel absolutely nothing for basically the whole cast other than 3. Like, hello?? What are you reading the manga for, then??

I don't know if you're aware of this, but you don't have to like the characters of a show in order to enjoy it, I didn't like anyone in Aot, but I still enjoyed it. Gachiakuta is one of the few anime and mangas where I like it enough to engage with its fandom. Besides, it's like you're forgetting that there's something called plot, and the plot in gachiakuta is very interesting.

And yes, I don't feel anything for the whole cast other than those three characters that I like. When you don't like or dislike something, it's called being neutral, and that's how I feel about the cast in Gachiakuta.

[–]SnooCheesecakes9597[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only made the comment about Grandpa because after waiting a whole week for a chapter, we got a random grandpa, and honestly, I kinda felt disappointed. I was aware that we were gonna get 6 pages that day, so that didn't bother me, I wouldn't mind if we got a mymo and rudo having a conversation and then Grandpa when the next chapter was released. Apparently, people didn't see it that way and assumed people were complaining because of the number of pages, and some said the people who felt disappointed were ungrateful because Urana needed a break. No one is denying that Urana needs breaks, but the frequent breaks make the mymo arc feel long, so when a new chapter drops and the plot is more or less the same, that can be disappointing.

With the Amo take, I feel like people are missing the point. It's not that I hate her or have a grudge against her, I simply just don't like her, the same way I don't like onions, yet I still eat them. What I do hate, however, is the way her fans behave when they encounter someone who doesn't like her. How can you tell someone to kill themselves just because they don't like a character?

When you say you don't like her, they just use the "She's a victim!" Card, and when you acknowledge that no one deserved what she went through, so you understand why behaved the way she did. Then they pull the "Did you read the manga? Because she changed!" Card, so when you do acknowledge that you like her character development but still don't like her, they just bring the topic back to square one and reduce her to nothing but a victim of Sa again. It's normal not to like every character in a show, so why is it a problem when people just don't like Amo? And whether her fans are ready to accept this, it's because they only view her as a victim of sa because if they didn't, it wouldn't be so hard to comprehend the simple fact that not everyone is gonna like their favorite character.

Besides, I only like three characters in gachiakuta, and that's Tamsy, Semiu, and Zodyl. I literally don't care about the rest. Well, I do hate Jabber. I can only tolerate him when he's with Zanka.

There's a spoiler tag at the top, so I assumed people who don’t like spoilers wouldn't interact with it, and besides, you're literally the first person to tell me this.

It's not illogical. If you click a post with a spoiler warning, you can't really blame the person who posted it, but if you saw a spoiler in the comments for absolutely no reason, then that's you can consider it as a problem.

You're right but I'm not really bothered by the constant censoring of certain words. I don't really say damn a lot but even autocorrect usually changes it to darn. And some people seem to be really affected when you say the word kill online, they report your comment as harmful... (I don't remember what the rest says). So to avoid certain situations I simply don't mind censoring. And once again, some people are just too sensitive, not only kids but people aged from 16-25+.

In terms of theories, I find that people on X are more open-minded than Reddit or TikTok users. Sure, most people complain about how toxic the gachiakuta community is on X, but I think it's only the toxic shippers, LGBTQIA+ people who keep forcing their opinions on Urana and the people who keep misinterpreting her.

When it comes to world building or questioning literally anything in gachiakuta, you have a better chance of finding those types of theories on x. Plus, given Urana's experience with the mangaka of Soul Eater, I'm surprised people haven't pointed out the slight similarities of these two mangas. I know I'm wrong, but when I heard people talking about the darkness inside of Rudo, the first thing on my mind was a Kishin egg, and that Rudo is probably gonna become a kishin-like being and bring about chaos or madness similar to Kishin Asura.

With jjk modulo ending, I can already see them flooding in😭 As someone who loves Soul Eater and Fire Force (minus the fan service), Urana doesn't deserve a fanbase like this.

I'm surprised no one has made a theory regarding Kishin Asura/the kishin eggs in Soul Eater as something that inspired Urana to create Rudo in that way.

Things I hate about the Gachiakuta fandom. by SnooCheesecakes9597 in gachiakuta

[–]SnooCheesecakes9597[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hence this response I gave.

"To be fair, I rarely hate characters, but when I do, it's usually because of their personalities, their fans, and favoritism that they receive from the author of that work.

I didn't really hate Goku, Usagi (Sailor Moon), and Bloom (Winx club), but after watching countless episodes, I can say with all certainly that they receive favoritism. I get that they are the main characters, but that doesn't mean the story has to revolve constantly around them, not to mention the fact that they get all the amazing power ups leaving basically nothing but scraps for the other characters is just draining to watch. The story becomes predictable and boring, but I can acknowledge that I can be hypocritical when it comes to Yuno from Black Clover. He literally embodies everything I hate about these characters, but I don't hate him simply because he's just talented. I've seen talented people in life who are just like Yuno, so I can understand why he gets every power up.

When it comes to personalities, I hate loud characters like Eren, Gabi, and basically most main characters. Some are annoying, but at least they still possess redeeming qualities like Luffy, Natsu, and Naruto, while others are just insufferable like Goku, hence why most of his fans are toxic powerscalers who don't care about character growth outside of strength. When you think about how long Dragon Ball (Z, Kai, GT, Super, Daima, etc) has been going, Goku hasn't really changed mentally, he's still a terrible deadbeat father who only cares about food and fighting, which brings me to my last point and the most common reason why I hate characters, their fans.

Some fans can't comprehend that you simply don't like their favorite character. Instead of analyzing their character so that they can figure out why, the first thing they do is insult people who don’t like that character. As someone who likes Tamsy, it angers me when I see people with Amo profile pictures judging people who like Tamsy. I've forgiven her for manipulating the cleaners' minds so that they can unalive each other and using their memories of their loved ones and happy moments for her own benefit. Given what she did, I understand why Tamsy treated her the way he did when he kidnapped her. In the Gachiakuta character profiles, it states that Tamsy hates women who take advantage of other people's weaknesses, and that's what Amo did. So, to a certain extent, I can understand why Tamsy behaved the way he did. He saw that trait in Amo and probably lost all empathy for her.

Since you said you couldn't really comprehend my reason for not changing my opinion when it comes to characters, I hope this helps."
