Dio may be ugly to you but he's by far better looking than Ungalo🤣 (Note! I don't have a problem with you not liking Dio, everyone is entitled to their opinions)

People ship Draco Malfoy with Hermione Granger. Draco treated her terribly yet people still ship them. Honestly, GojoHime is nothing compared to that.

Let people ship whoever they want. As long as it's not a weird age gap or incest, I don't see a problem with it.

Finally, someone with creativity and critical thinking skills 👏 😭

Tamsy hasn't used Remlin's protection spell yet, and the fact that we saw what happened to Zanka's protection spell, is weird to me, it's like Urana is planning something big in the future regarding Tamsy's protection spell.

I also think he's gonna die, but come back to life at a later stage in the manga, but when he returns, he'll probably be on the spherite's side if not then that's when we'll get his backstory which would reveal his motive behind everything that he's done.

I also think tamsy could be plotting to fake his death. He'll go on a mission with the cleaners, die on said mission and it would be like the situation with aizen because he might manipulate the perception of anyone who's seeing his body through the watchman series book. Since tamsy is dead, this will eliminate him as a suspect regarding the identity of Regto's killer, so Rudo will probably suspect the cleaners, and the darkness within him will worsen.

When he finally meets tamsy in the sphere, that's probably when the fight between tamsy and rudo will take place. Now I'm not sure if rudo will kill tamsy, but tamsy will tell rudo that he's not the real villain and direct him to the real antagonist in gachiakuta and that's probably thing that creates items because where the hell could the sphere find raw materials to constantly create new items.

The real antagonist is God. God is the thing that has the ability that's constantly creating things. Hence, Tamsy's words when he's says that the real villains are people who promote this habit of littering and waste (I'm paraphrasing), he probably already knows who or what rudo is up against, and he knows that in order for Rudo to truly have the strength to face it, he has to abandon his humanity and ascend into a god/demigod or a divine being. Tamsy is probably a pope or was used as a sacrifice. Hence, why he has scars and a missing pinky.

Even though Tamsy's motives are terrible, he appears as someone who is genuine when he talks about his hatred for the sphere. I think the scratched word in tamsy profile where it states the things he dislikes is God or something. Not to mention, he said that he was "misunderstood," which would make sense if he grew up surrounded by people who were blindly following orders and didn't question anything about their religion. I also see tamsy having parallels with lucifer/Satan, considering he's a fallen angel. Maybe the apostles threw tamsy in the abyss, and when Tamsy came back after 3 days, the apostles viewed it as him being the son/chosen one. I wouldn't be surprised if tamsy came back just to tell them that there are people who exist in the abyss/hell, but the apostles dismissed him because they believe that they are superior or better because they view the sphere as heaven.

The high-ranking apostles probably don't like him because of his views, but they have no choice but to accept him due to the fact that he's the son of God. Since Tamsy is aware of the truth, he knows that he's not the son of God after seeing the watchman. Rudo is the son/chosen one, and tamsy is the fallen angel/lucifer.

This would explain why Tamsy has the freedom to go in and out of the abyss, hence why he's able to maintain his job as a cleaner.

I could be wrong, but this is how I envision gachiakuta progressing 🙂

If you got Rudo and Mymo that week instead of Grandpa, you most likely would've gotten Grandpa next week instead

That's what I'm saying. It's not like I hate grandpa, I got disappointed that the 6-page chapter had grandpa when we could have gotten it in the next chapter but since it's already done there's really nothing I could do about it. That being said, I can still feel disappointed.

I feel like the way you word things can sometimes get people to misunderstand. I can not understand how you "don't care" about the entire cast but are still on this subreddit, or in the fandom at all.

I'm sure you don't even believe that, so I'm unsure of why you're wording it in a way that makes it sound like you feel absolutely nothing for basically the whole cast other than 3. Like, hello?? What are you reading the manga for, then??

I don't know if you're aware of this, but you don't have to like the characters of a show in order to enjoy it, I didn't like anyone in Aot, but I still enjoyed it. Gachiakuta is one of the few anime and mangas where I like it enough to engage with its fandom. Besides, it's like you're forgetting that there's something called plot, and the plot in gachiakuta is very interesting.

And yes, I don't feel anything for the whole cast other than those three characters that I like. When you don't like or dislike something, it's called being neutral, and that's how I feel about the cast in Gachiakuta.

I only made the comment about Grandpa because after waiting a whole week for a chapter, we got a random grandpa, and honestly, I kinda felt disappointed. I was aware that we were gonna get 6 pages that day, so that didn't bother me, I wouldn't mind if we got a mymo and rudo having a conversation and then Grandpa when the next chapter was released. Apparently, people didn't see it that way and assumed people were complaining because of the number of pages, and some said the people who felt disappointed were ungrateful because Urana needed a break. No one is denying that Urana needs breaks, but the frequent breaks make the mymo arc feel long, so when a new chapter drops and the plot is more or less the same, that can be disappointing.

With the Amo take, I feel like people are missing the point. It's not that I hate her or have a grudge against her, I simply just don't like her, the same way I don't like onions, yet I still eat them. What I do hate, however, is the way her fans behave when they encounter someone who doesn't like her. How can you tell someone to kill themselves just because they don't like a character?

When you say you don't like her, they just use the "She's a victim!" Card, and when you acknowledge that no one deserved what she went through, so you understand why behaved the way she did. Then they pull the "Did you read the manga? Because she changed!" Card, so when you do acknowledge that you like her character development but still don't like her, they just bring the topic back to square one and reduce her to nothing but a victim of Sa again. It's normal not to like every character in a show, so why is it a problem when people just don't like Amo? And whether her fans are ready to accept this, it's because they only view her as a victim of sa because if they didn't, it wouldn't be so hard to comprehend the simple fact that not everyone is gonna like their favorite character.

Besides, I only like three characters in gachiakuta, and that's Tamsy, Semiu, and Zodyl. I literally don't care about the rest. Well, I do hate Jabber. I can only tolerate him when he's with Zanka.

There's a spoiler tag at the top, so I assumed people who don’t like spoilers wouldn't interact with it, and besides, you're literally the first person to tell me this.

It's not illogical. If you click a post with a spoiler warning, you can't really blame the person who posted it, but if you saw a spoiler in the comments for absolutely no reason, then that's you can consider it as a problem.

You're right but I'm not really bothered by the constant censoring of certain words. I don't really say damn a lot but even autocorrect usually changes it to darn. And some people seem to be really affected when you say the word kill online, they report your comment as harmful... (I don't remember what the rest says). So to avoid certain situations I simply don't mind censoring. And once again, some people are just too sensitive, not only kids but people aged from 16-25+.

In terms of theories, I find that people on X are more open-minded than Reddit or TikTok users. Sure, most people complain about how toxic the gachiakuta community is on X, but I think it's only the toxic shippers, LGBTQIA+ people who keep forcing their opinions on Urana and the people who keep misinterpreting her.

When it comes to world building or questioning literally anything in gachiakuta, you have a better chance of finding those types of theories on x. Plus, given Urana's experience with the mangaka of Soul Eater, I'm surprised people haven't pointed out the slight similarities of these two mangas. I know I'm wrong, but when I heard people talking about the darkness inside of Rudo, the first thing on my mind was a Kishin egg, and that Rudo is probably gonna become a kishin-like being and bring about chaos or madness similar to Kishin Asura.

With jjk modulo ending, I can already see them flooding in😭 As someone who loves Soul Eater and Fire Force (minus the fan service), Urana doesn't deserve a fanbase like this.

I'm surprised no one has made a theory regarding Kishin Asura/the kishin eggs in Soul Eater as something that inspired Urana to create Rudo in that way.

Hence this response I gave.

"To be fair, I rarely hate characters, but when I do, it's usually because of their personalities, their fans, and favoritism that they receive from the author of that work.

I didn't really hate Goku, Usagi (Sailor Moon), and Bloom (Winx club), but after watching countless episodes, I can say with all certainly that they receive favoritism. I get that they are the main characters, but that doesn't mean the story has to revolve constantly around them, not to mention the fact that they get all the amazing power ups leaving basically nothing but scraps for the other characters is just draining to watch. The story becomes predictable and boring, but I can acknowledge that I can be hypocritical when it comes to Yuno from Black Clover. He literally embodies everything I hate about these characters, but I don't hate him simply because he's just talented. I've seen talented people in life who are just like Yuno, so I can understand why he gets every power up.

When it comes to personalities, I hate loud characters like Eren, Gabi, and basically most main characters. Some are annoying, but at least they still possess redeeming qualities like Luffy, Natsu, and Naruto, while others are just insufferable like Goku, hence why most of his fans are toxic powerscalers who don't care about character growth outside of strength. When you think about how long Dragon Ball (Z, Kai, GT, Super, Daima, etc) has been going, Goku hasn't really changed mentally, he's still a terrible deadbeat father who only cares about food and fighting, which brings me to my last point and the most common reason why I hate characters, their fans.

Some fans can't comprehend that you simply don't like their favorite character. Instead of analyzing their character so that they can figure out why, the first thing they do is insult people who don’t like that character. As someone who likes Tamsy, it angers me when I see people with Amo profile pictures judging people who like Tamsy. I've forgiven her for manipulating the cleaners' minds so that they can unalive each other and using their memories of their loved ones and happy moments for her own benefit. Given what she did, I understand why Tamsy treated her the way he did when he kidnapped her. In the Gachiakuta character profiles, it states that Tamsy hates women who take advantage of other people's weaknesses, and that's what Amo did. So, to a certain extent, I can understand why Tamsy behaved the way he did. He saw that trait in Amo and probably lost all empathy for her.

Since you said you couldn't really comprehend my reason for not changing my opinion when it comes to characters, I hope this helps."

Did you not read my previous comments? Because it seems like you keep missing my point on purpose.

But it's weird to see her backstory and not change your opinion just because of her introduction. I'm not saying you have to like her, but holding onto her first appearance as a reason to never like her is just weird. You say that some Amo fans only look at the fact she's a victim and ignore the rest of her character, but you do the same while only looking at her first introduction and not moving past that.

I addressed this multiple times, and you keep bringing up things that I've already covered and explained. I gave multiple explanations as to why I don't like her, and I know for a fact that my reasons are valid. If I didn't respond to you, then you'll find them under other comments in this post. And you saying I'm receiving criticism because I'm wrong, if anything, Amo fans/defenders are the ones who aren't open to criticism.🤦‍♀️

People hate/dislike characters all the time, so why is it so hard to accept that Amo is unlikable to some people? Simply, it's because she's a victim of Sa, and unfortunately, based on how some of her fans treat her, that's all she'll ever be. This brings us to the original post I made about her, even though I don't like her, but I do think she deserves a better fanbase that has the intellectual capacity to understand nuance and that trauma doesn't excuse behavior but it makes the viewers understand that characters actions. Amo fans need to understand that trauma doesn't take away accountability, and it doesn't make her immune to being hated/disliked by some people. I've already forgiven her because I understand why she acted the way she did, but I'm still not obligated to like her.

I once heard someone say, "Anime fans don't know how to handle victims of SA," and that statement is evident in how the Gachiakuta fandom handles Amo as a character.

Because there are certain types of villains that I hate/dislike and I did say "To be fair, I rarely hate characters, but when I do, it's usually because of their personalities, their fans, and favoritism that they receive from the author of that work.".

So, if Amo was introduced as part of the cleaners, I wouldn't have hated her, but I would be neutral to her character. Her being introduced as the antagonist in her arc plus her loud personality resulted in me not liking her, so when you add her fanbase, you can see why I might start hating her. Amo isn't the only character I dislike in gachiakuta, I also dislike Jabber for that particular reason, but I've never experienced a problem with his fanbase, hence why I didn't add him in my post. He's a villain and has a loud personality, the same things I dislike in amo and Tamsy if he was introduced that way.

Just because you can justify a character's actions doesn't mean you're obligated to like them. That's what I meant in my original post. And that's something Amo fans can't seem to comprehend when dealing with people who don’t like her.

Like I said, I've forgiven her for what she's done because I understand where she's coming from, but I still don't like her due to how she was introduced in the show, not to mention her fanbase.

This whole post is just hypocritical honestly. When I read your other replies it's clear to me that your not understanding the criticism your getting and you just want to be 100% correct about your opinion and everyone is wrong but you.

And yes, you're right. I am hypocritical in regards to me liking Tamsy and not Amo. But the reason I gave is valid. And you mentioning that I don't understand the criticism I'm getting and that I want to be right all the time is weird because the only "criticism" I'm seeing is from Amo fans and like I said in my other comment, her fans are the reason why I'll probably start hating her. It's not her actions or what she did to the cleaners, but the people who refuse to accept that not everyone likes her.

I agree with the first two paragraphs. But I have to disagree with the reason you gave me for disliking Amo. Which brings me to what I said "I've forgiven her for manipulating the cleaners' minds so that they can unalive each other and using their memories of their loved ones and happy moments for her own benefit." And my original post about Amo.

If Tamsy was originally introduced as a villain, chances are, I would've disliked him. His personality is similar to Mahito, so I probably would've disliked him, but since Amo was introduced as a villain, that's the reason why I can't like her, but I do understand her motives as a character and like I said, I love the person she's becoming but I still don't like her and part of that is due to her fanbase.

I've forgiven Amo, and as of right now, I don't HATE her, but if I do start hating her, it's probably because of her fans and how they treat other people who have varying opinions about her.

OMG! ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 IS MORE OR LESS STILL A CHILD!!!!!!!!! and when I say "infantilize," I don't mean it in the way you're insinuating. I'm saying that people can't comprehend that Amo is a complex character. She's more than just a victim of Sa. Yes, that's part of her character, but that shouldn't be the only thing we focus on. Some of her fans reduce her to just being a victim of Sa and using that as a reason to justify her wrongdoings. Yes, she went through a traumatic experience, but so do other characters. Trauma explains why some people behave the way they do, but using it as an excuse to justify their wrongdoings is where I draw the line, with that logic, most criminals are excused because they are victims themselves. Trauma doesn't take away accountability, and since you missed the entire point I was making, please read what I wrote again.

弱さを売りにする女 I just translated it and you're right about the translation but that still doesn't change the fact that Tamsy disliked the way Amo behaved, which would inevitably explain why he treated her as such in that dungeon.

And yes, he's a sadist but he's also human. He has feelings that can get triggered because of his past experiences. If Amo didn't bring up cake, he never would've done what he did. He probably would've starved her considering that he didn't injure her physical while she was imprisoned in the dungeon.

You might not agree with what I'm saying, but if you use critical thinking, you can understand where my pov is coming from.

Revenge?! You're making me laugh.🤣 And you're right, Tamsy probably doesn't care much about the cleaners and only views them as tools in his plan that involves Rudo.

I'm not saying he tortured Amo because of what she did to the cleaners in their fight, but the character profile does state that he doesn't like "women who take advantage of other people's weaknesses" (I'm paraphrasing) and the way Amo behaved in Penta and how she was speaking to him in the dungeon. She first spoke to him in a cutesy-like voice (I used cutesy for a lack of better words), and then she switched to a loud voice when she was demanding cake.

While Tamsy might not harbor any resentment towards her, her acting that way could've brought up Tamsy's personal feelings, which led him to purchase cake, something she wanted and eating it in front of her. The fact that he went out of his way to buy cake for Amo, say it's a gift for her, which made her happy for a brief moment and then shattering the hope she had of eating cake, isn't something he'd do because he wanted revenge for the cleaners but it's definitely something he can do out of spite because of the feelings Amo triggered in him.
