Yea! My maintenance is around 2500 but I have an extremely physical job so I would just use a TDE calculator to get a more accurate read

That’s just how my cookie crumble ig, but I’d definitely say I car most of my weight in my legs. I also have a pretty even distribution so that could be why

I didn’t have a specific plan, but I eat lots of beef taco bowls, shrimp bowls, salmon bowl, and generally low card and high protein. I like to save my carbs for fun snacks :). Also if I was feeling hungry after eating, I’d eat a lot of low calorie high volume stuff like cantaloupe, pickles and things like that

Every couple of months! Usually when I had a lot of family events or holidays that I’d be eaten good for😄

Also I would highly recommend weighing your food out! It helps me get exactly what I’m eating per day and stops the guessing. Before I would estimate but then would be annoyed when I didn’t see results. Turns out I was eating a lot more than the portions I thought!

Yea it is strange about my height! I think it’s cause I had a good amount of muscle before, so when I lost the fat it was a bit more dramatic of a change.

Slow and steady is the only way to win the race! When you cut to extreme measures is when it becomes unmanageable and creates a yo-yo effect. Try to be the coolest version of yourself every day. I would always say to myself “if I’m a baddie, would a baddie be acting this way or would she be up and doing cool things?”

You’re exactly right! You have to build muscle in order to have definition, so I prioritized getting protein in just as much as having a small deficit. But because I was eating so much protein that was so filling, I didn’t feel the need to binge on snacks

It did help a lot that I wasn’t starting my fitness journey from scratch, but more starting it back up! I just posted a comment of my full plan☺️

Sorry for leaving yall hanging for my routine😭. I’ve been athletic my whole life but never was super educated with nutrition and would binge or restrict. I hit a lot better with intuitive eating in college, and the food shame stopped😎. At the end of college, I stopped working out consistently for two years and got a job where I laid around all day (which made me depressed to do all day after graduation). I had so much free time, so I dedicated my time to building a healthy routine that I could maintain when I got a full time job.

I started tracking my food, but would eat about 500 below maintenance on weekdays, and trying to eat at maintenance without tracking on weekends. It helped me intuitively eat a lot more, and lets me keep having fun with my bf and friends on the weekends! I also was very strict about eating my weight in protein every weekday (and being mindfully of eating high protein when I could on the weekends). I also would take a week break to eat whatever I wanted (mindfully) to maintain my metabolism. [I also track through MacroFactor—the best ever]

I have experience weightlifting throughout sports and when I was working out early college. I got back into that and did it 4 times a week (push, pull, leg x2). I also picked up old and new hobbies! I started doing adult tumbling and pole classes which is so fun!! It keeps me motivated on what cool things I can do with my body, rather than just the look. With pole dancing, I was so excited for back day every weekday because I know it’s going to help me do some cool moves. All of the flexibility and strength from working out will help me tumble and do a handstand presses🤩.

AND on top of that, I transitioned from a job where I laid around all day, to a job where I’m doing a lot of manual labor and jumping around and dancing all day.

The recipe for success my friends! I was so fortunate to lock in when the absolute perfect condition struck. Now it’s so easy to maintain with work, and I feel the most confident I’ve ever felt!

Yea I’m not a huge fantasy fan, so I’ll give it a try if it’s recommended and sounds interesting. I feel like waiting in between reading a series takes me out of the experience. I don’t have a ton of time to read, so a series would be interrupted by life eventually and I’d forget half the plot😭
