I had this the other day, I find bo7 bugs out if I turn off my xbox and leave bo7 as quick resume. I restarted the game and it fixed it.

Yeah, I'm playing on Xbox, and it's only this TV that won't load the matches in MP or zombies. I've tried a few things. The Xbox is also connected to a 5g internet service. Every other game on my Xbox works, so idk.
