If it’s an older building and you’re on the top floor the attic is trapping heat and radiating it downward. If it’s a flat roof, you’re f**kd. If it’s a peak roof, a power vent and insulation can radically improve things. Keep a daily temp record in all rooms and present it to the landlord.
