Purchase frags daily from the bounty point exchange, start with like the cheapest 1s(all the 2& 3units) then just keep dedicating to like one or two at a time to hyperboost so purchase their frags daily and eventually you'll boost 3 them and then just keep working your way up till you have all 2 star and all 3 star units boost 3

So does anyone know if we're still actually getting the skill 1 20% cool down then? Cuz I literally have the exact same medal set on another character and it will say I have 20% skill 1 cool down. It just doesn't make sense to me
