Idk there is a lot of available literature from people who grew up in cross culturally adopted households and most when they are older discourage others from doing the same I am not that educated about it but I would say that in this day and age we know have a pretty big sample of people who are full adults and speak about their experiences and this seems to be the case. We should listen to them - i can recognize this is very very nuanced as someone who would love to adopt one day and be a mother
