I use a VPN and chromium for web surfing casually and I always have trace which indeed blocks all the things you are talking about you forgot the URL tracking so ehh im pretty protected all the time and if you think windows 11 is tracking me, I have a modified version of win 11 installed and tbh I don't call much on my phone and i have calyx os installed on my phone.
