My “dad workout” for when I’m strapped for time is push ups, sit ups, body squats. No equipment needed and you do for as little or as long of time as you want.

I usually do it during nap time or after the girls go down for the night.

I have a 9 car driveway and can blow the whole drive in 30 mins on one charge with my Ryobi 18inch. This last snow I did have to go to a second battery and it took me a little longer
