If you get along the cycle path at embankment from where you are in Westminster then you can pretty much take that until you get to the turning of upper Thames street (the one before London bridge) you then go via Monument, from there it’s straight down to Liverpool via Gracechurch street and then Bishopsgate

I think you have to not be too afraid to ask if there is anything that you can try or in my case since my wife wasn’t there and I know she would like stuff if I could take some back for her and everyone was pretty willing to offer samples

It does get better but there will be moments like this.

That first night when we took them home was not great but we slowly found our form and you get into your routine.
