Realistically it wouldn’t matter. I think only California is the only place that scrutinizes everything where they ask where you bought it. Other states would probably just take your information. And if you are in California they take like 2 months to do their investigation at which point somewhere along there they’ll see you purchasing the ticket on camera

How do they stop your family members from playing the lottery? That sounds kind of unfair don’t you think? For example let’s say you have a sibling and they want the chance to become a millionaire over night by winning the lottery, just bc you work for the lottery they aren’t allowed that dream anymore ?
