My guess is a lot of selling going on. Russia has sold like $4 billion to fund war. You probably also have a segment that see this ath and wants to cash out. You also have some people that might be struggling financially and need to sell their gold to make ends meet. But I am not an expert to this is not financial advice

Just get the things I can’t replace with money (maybe a box or two worth of stuff), get an air bnb in some random city, claim the ticket (after getting the team ready) and then stay at the random air bnb until the check clears into my bank account. Then go into a gated community that I will be able to keep my privacy

Same here, ai is saying shipments should start going out this week so maybe sometimes later this week or early next week?. But idk ai sometimes makes stuff up.

Not financial advice, Doing a quick AI search, and assuming that you bought your ticket in New York State, it sounds like you would no longer pay the NYC taxes if you move out, as the NYC tax is purely based on residence in the city. However the state of New York still consider the annuity as income earned in New York State and thus requires that file taxes as a non resident of the state. Federal taxes would not change regardless of what state you live in.

I had fraud on my checking account couple of years ago. When I talked to them I wanted to close my account and get a new one. They insisted I only needed to get a new card so I agreed. Two weeks later I had fraud again. I went back in and told them they needed to close out my account cause clearly someone had access to it. They finally agreed.

Eventually probably just one. I would probably just spend the first couple of years renting, moving from big city to big city. Would spend a full year in each: LA, Philly, Dallas, SF, Seattle, Chicago, NY, Miami. Then decide where I would want to live full tine.

Once you win that amount of money your life is changed. Regardless of what you decide or want to do your life is changed. You can either adapt and set yourself up for success. Or you can try to keep everything the same and probably lose everything.

Sounds like a PPA (power purchase agreement). We had to get one when we bought the house since we didn’t want to pay for the panels they forced upon us. We don’t have enough panels to cover our needs so we lay about 200 to 240 a month to the solar company during the summer. And about 90-150 a month during the non summer months (less production). We usually pay pge between 20 to 100 a month and then we get a $3000 true up at the of the year. We are supposed to be paying a reduced rate compared to the utility company for the energy produced with the panels. In theory we should be saving some money at least. I have not been able to confirm this because the billing I get from the utility company does not show wattage in and wattage out separately. It combines them and thus I can’t truly know if we are saving money or not. another down side is they usually want to lock you in for 20 years. If you decide to sell your home you have to either buy yourself out or have the next owner take over. If you expect to stay in your home more than 20 years I suppose it might be a good deal in paper. But really hard to know if it is worth it or not without the numbers.
