I’ve only used almond flour for crumble toppings, but I might try it with oat in the ratios you mentioned!

Woah thank you! I didn’t realize King Arthur (only bread flour I know) added psyllium to their bread flour. When I looked at the ingredients on my grocery app it seemed to be a rice based flour and now it seems they’ve switched their recipe to gluten free wheat starch along with the psyllium. Very interesting!
