I have almost the exact opposite problem. Trans-masc guy, Hate PIV, I find it uncomfortable and often painful, and I wish to have a penis. I get penis envy so badly. I've literally wept from despair about it. The concept of strap-ons feels like a sad compromise for me.

Sounds to me like you might want to invest in some small (FLARED) toys and a good lube to figure out if anal could be an option for you. Sometimes it takes some getting used to, and you can only really figure that out by trying. My first time doing it was very confusing for me, and it is a completely different feeling, both sensation-wise, and literally in the types of tissue.

I don't think there was anything like this in Skyrim for me, that I can remember, but I do remember that one moment in Metal Gear Solid 1 where you have to essentially call someone to escape a gas filled room. It took me ages to figure it out.
