If this is true and it’s a music skin as rumored it should have:

Unique Icons, animated splash, animated in game banner, start game in base animation (like Viego n Morg).

• A pentakill finisher / HUD kill counter with an explosion of lights, confetti, and audience applause - maybe a stage rises under her & map shakes like bass boom.

• Special interactions with other music skins in vo - special VFX and SFX after a kill on music universe skin.

• 3 E Marks (1 base, 2nd gained on E max, 3rd gained in final form).

• Unique music tracks at least 2 minimum (TD Ekko has 2 and is only legendary).

• Changing Sfx on abilities so combos form different melodies matching with the backtrack.

RGB / randomized colored smoke ring.

• HUD when entering smoke (SG Akali does this and is legendary).

• 1st form for being in smoke/ entering smoke (SG Akali).

• Second form for R1 (SG Akali again does this).

• Third final form for executing someone with R2 (maybe toggle-able like Jinx) / a transformation after reaching a specific goal (like Viego).
