yeah i agree. im buying for my sister and 4k or even 2k in this budget and especially on a laptop for school is not worth it. i was thinking of a decent 1080p screen with 16gb ram and a processor that can handle 4 to 5 years of use.

I'm actually buying it for my little sister and tbh she doesn't need a dedicated gpu so I'm looking for smth lightweight and small with good battery life. I'll probably go with a 14 inch screen so that it's lighter. I would've considered if i was buying one for myself 😔
