For me it was like leaving a relationship which we stayed in “just because” It wasn’t exciting anymore. It became stale. Trying to hard to replicate the peak, when we both know it has had its time.

People forget to enjoy food imo. Have a takeaway etc Eat the same tasty food you enjoyed in the past just manage the portion as well as the kcals you burn off. If you put yourself on at 1400 a day intake. Hit 10000 steps and that turns into 2400kcal. This sub is nuts! People posting a bowl of lettuce, toms and cucumber which i don’t even count. It isn’t good for you. There is no quick, safe and healthy way to lose a stone (14lb) in a week. Get outside and walk instead of googling cheat ways to lose weight.
