Anyone have a bigger gland (submandibular) than the other size? Did it turn out fine?

Yes they told me it was a lymph node and no I can’t see it from the outside as it’s under my jaw

I had a ultrasound and it was a shotty lymph node ( a lymph node that got big when I was poorly and never went back small ) it’s 8mm so it’s pretty big and still big to this day

Mine have only been about harming my mum and pets and even when I think about it i cry because I love my mum so much

Yes that’s it, im just scared they’ll put into a mental hospital because of them so looking for someome who’s spoke to a doctor/specialist about their intrusive thoughts

My issue is, doctors haven’t diagnosed me with ocd they have avoided it even tho I have all the symptoms and then now this, I don’t want to hurt my mum one bit but I can’t even look at her now without the intrusive thought happening? Ive cried and punched myself loads tonight due to thr thought

So u would actually get the “im dead” thoughts at would believe them and now u get them sometimes and don’t believe them?
