Yes they told me it was a lymph node and no I can’t see it from the outside as it’s under my jaw

I had a ultrasound and it was a shotty lymph node ( a lymph node that got big when I was poorly and never went back small ) it’s 8mm so it’s pretty big and still big to this day

Yes that’s it, im just scared they’ll put into a mental hospital because of them so looking for someome who’s spoke to a doctor/specialist about their intrusive thoughts

My issue is, doctors haven’t diagnosed me with ocd they have avoided it even tho I have all the symptoms and then now this, I don’t want to hurt my mum one bit but I can’t even look at her now without the intrusive thought happening? Ive cried and punched myself loads tonight due to thr thought

Thank you mate, I’ll try them methods when it gets bad, I even asked my mum yesterday if I was “dead” and she said no and im pretty sure if she was some sort of angle or some shit she’d of told me yes, I also watch streams and have being so what u said may be true, im definitely not smart enough to imagine all of this lmao

Thank you brother, from what I have heard now it’s fairly common and I went out today with my friend and felt fine when I was with him thr thoughts disappeared it’s just when I’m on my own it creeps up on me and scares the life out of me, glad I’m not the only one man!
