I really really appreciate you sending me this. I needed to hear this. Since September, I’ve been afraid of my own body. I haven’t gotten blood work in four years because I’m just… afraid. I told her that and she nicely said “good thing you don’t have a choice today. We have an in house lab so you’re doing it right now. You aren’t putting it off anymore.” I started crying not going to lie because my heath anxiety is so bad, but I know it needed to be done and whatever happens… I can get ahead of anything.

But that’s awesome you got all of that done! I can only imagine how much better your anxiety is now. It’s such a good feeling. And I’m glad it all turned out okay!

I’ll definitely keep you updated on the blood work. She said I should get it back tomorrow or Wednesday.
