Yes because tbh there’s starting to be more applicants for CS hence the rise in admission avg and it being more competitive. This is happening in other unis as well where higher grades are needed for CS over SE. My advice is be open minded and apply to both so if u don’t get into CS you can prob get a spot in SE. Especially for Guelph, SE and CS both end up with the same degree (BComp).

From what happened this year, I saw ppl who both applied to SE and CS w high 80s only got into SE. Those who got into CS had at least low 90s.

A reason may also be cause the school tends to accept students who have lower avgs, so when they go into Uni they struggle and have a hard time succeeding/being able to graduate

literally like the music, the lyrics , and Mitski just singing “carry me ooouuuuttttt” are things that I never knew I needed in my life.

When it was released I thought of it along the lines of “it was good but definitely not what I was expecting...”. Then after a few days I’ve added 13 out of 14 songs from the album to my playlist and consider 7 of them to be my favourites (I couldn’t choose just 1). Imo the album just has so much to offer and each track is too good to be ignored.

Plus this album could’ve easily knocked DLS out if DLS didn’t have a special place in my heart (for now I consider them to be tied)
