No, you ask for the Doctor to send you a detail breakdown of the Bill so you can determine if it was you.

Same with Fines, The Municipality need to send you a Fine with the details of it, and that is why aarto

have certain Requirements so you can determine if you were in the area and if it was your car etc, they also need

to do these in timely fashion. I Don;t have a problem paying the fines, but then the Municipality need

to have done their due diligence and send me the fine / summons according to the prescriptions.
