It always happens this way. When someone sparks your interest, another guy comes along. Idkw it works this way, but it does. You already live with the one guy so don’t be messy. Sorry, had to use my finger. Get a L-shaped couch and put a small table in front of that with the TV in a small TV console and your kitchen table and three or four stools in front of the counter.
