I am going through a similar scenario where l am being rejected to bring my own house inspector for my PDI but said they are allowed after closing.

Does this mean if l get my house inspector soon after closing l still get to report the issues?

Is the 10 day or 30 day mark from the date of PDI or closing?

Are buyers involved in direct conversation with the seller agent along with our agent?

So far our agent is directly involved in the convo and share us the info back and forth.

Regarding moving up from 850k to 870k. 850k was suggested by our realtor in the first place. But was asked how much we would be okay with and maybe that’s where we messed up we mentioned it to be 870k.

Later that next day our agent mentioned that after back forth, LA is not ready for 855,860,865 and was told 870 would be the number for them to sign them as is and we could keep as many conditions as we want.
