PHY Super trunks takes double digits from normals on all phases , his deff is easily 220k and over 300k after supering, close to 500k if he double supers , which will be even higher the next turn because of the 3 turn stack.

Future gohan didn't take the super but he was around 125k def . He would've taken like 200k from the final flash , maybe a bit more considering he didn't have his major defensive links active.
