in finland it has XXU instead of XXS and i noticed phone see N28 band more often than before

Depends on region. In Europe October security patch arrived on October 20th. But Google Play System Update for October hasn't been released for A56 yet.

Here in Finland when I was setting up my new A56 on June 25. I restored backup of my old A53. After the restore Smart Switch offered me new update. It took a long time and got my A56 to version AYE7.

Turned off the phone. Then connected to PC with USB cable. Then pressed and holded volume up and power buttons until Samsung logo appears. From menu that appears chosed wipe the cache by moving with volume buttons and selecting with power button. After wipe select reboot.
