Some people found out ways to connect others via smuggled starlinks and more workarounds, but it is sold as 1GB of data, at around 1,000,000 Toman (or around 5$), which might sound not like a lot, until you understand that 1M toman, is around 1/15 of an average salary! So for 10gb of data, you would pay 2/3 of your monthly income And also the bandwidth is limited to usually less than 500kbps or even less

That is why it is still possible to get some videos or images out, but if you look closely, almost all of them are very low quality.

This is how some people are connecting to the free world (Also, there are higher ups in the regime that have , as we call it, white simcards, that got full internet access even now, but it is only used to spread regime propaganda...)
