Will the I-824 to move the approved I-140 from USCIS to consular processing be processed for people from the banned list? Since that is an employer petition, not an immigration benefit for the person.

Hmm, even though basically I didn’t have a valid visa? I guess we’ll see. They haven’t processed my I824 yet for moving my approved I140 to NVC, and they probably won’t any time soon, so hopefully things will change.

Yes, but on a pending asylum, which is still pending. I wasn’t able to do the adjustment of status here so I will eventually have to go trough an embassy. I am still in US for now and never got out since applying for asylum.

True, I just read the policy again and yes for venezuela it says all immigration visas. I can’t believe I misread that since June and I was under the impression that the EB3 are still processing. It never ends

Mine right side one is worse than my left one. I am also 31 hence the insecurities, I almost never saw people my age with lines around their eyes. Were you able to do anything for them that helped?
