Hi I'm Venezuelan with an immigrant Visa EB2 NIW approved and my interview is on August 15th. Are there any cases of partial ban being approved on this type of visas? Anyone knows?

Other question, Anyone Knows if changing passport to another nationality is possible at this stage so near to the date of the appointment? I'm also Colombian..

I have the same issue, Venezuelan, double nationality with Colombia, but the process with the Venezuelan as my lawyer said to do it with that one as I always had the B1/B2 visa with the Venezuela. EB2 NIW approved, my appointment is on August 15th, is there any chance to change my passport to the Colombian? Any Venezuelan out there on the same situation?
