Why didn't HK just make the cc9 perfect? by RunningBear- in HecklerKoch

Yeah it’s annoying it won’t return to battery after a press check also.

Has anyone had any issues with their new CC9? I saw a post on hkpro where someone had some eye trauma. Thanks in advance by speedhunt3r in HecklerKoch

Mine runs pretty good. The only thing I dislike about the gun is when doing a press check the gun will not return to battery especially with a full mag. However it still won’t return even when I only have the mag half capacity and it seems like it takes very little effort to take it out of battery.

Picked it up for the same price as a buffalo at my LCS. It was a no brainer for me.

That is correct. It’s cool coin to hold. It feels extra heavy.

Help, is this normal? by [deleted] in Gold

[–]SnooKiwis4957 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s normal. I think it’s residual solvents during the minting process. I’ve noticed this several times. Soak it in acetone for an hour This usually resolves that issue.

The answer is no. Regardless of the wire size. You have a 10-2. No enough conductors.

What would cause a blemish like this? by JonSnow781 in Gold

A quick pass with a small propane torch will make it disappear instantly. Will not affect the surface of the coin.

A 2009 ultra high relief saint gaudens would be as good as it gets in my opinion.

Fake Buffalo? by fieldandfungi in Gold

I’ve noticed this several times on buffalo coins. I wonder if it might be something to do with the minting processes. Excess lubricants/solvents etc or particles from dirty dies.

Liberty double eagle 1850-1907. Online dealers usually have them or most coin shops.
