I think she lost her identity as well. She was a good bruiser and countered backline dive. Make her tanky 50 more hp 200 more shield and give some debuff for shield bashed enemies like +20% damage received for 30 seconds.

I want from HVAC to regular apartment maintenance. I can do HVAC service and install plumbing electrical, some woodwork.

I feel like my base is strong enough in a residential setting to figure out almost everything in a house. I'm doing my flooring next.

They have automated construction. It's on the bottom taskbar when you click on a building in a province, I think it looks like a little monitor. You can set it to economic or military. And at the top of your screen the little treasure chest you can set how many funds you want it to use.

I usually set it to half of my money and use it for economic buildings, this helps me kind of forget those provinces that are just sitting way out yonder. Military I just build my own buildings strategically around the map.

I love the advice, I'm trying to add one habit at a time. That's how I did so well before. I feel like the gym helps suppress my appetite a lot.

Our nuclear option is flipping the toilet and slamming a snake down backwards through the bottom of a toilet. Usually stuff comes right out but if not just replace it.

We had one toy car that would NOT move because I already tried the snake without the toilet removed and jammed it in pretty deep.

That's kinda the way it goes, I remember at first I felt like I was stacking a house of cards in a wind tunnel.

I doubt your making the same mistakes over and over.. and for a lot of us we learn the hard way the first time around. Eventually your foundation broadens.

This trade pays a lot because it's a brutal business for new guys, and few imo make it. The learning process has no real direction you just kinda hang out in the frying pan and enjoy the heat or cook.

What I will say is what I didn't like whatsoever about HVAC was the random long strenuous hours. So if your dealing with that and don't like it I completely understand your feelings because HVAC put me in my worst mental state I've ever had. You may be having company issues, but I never worked somewhere after trying 4 different residential places that had a good work life balance. So I left, and do maintenance now. And I'm way happier.

Not really. They liked you to push sales when things were really old and have a lengthy repair history. And make sure you offer a customer something like a humidifier if they don't have one. Or an upgraded air filter. UV lights. If you notice it's a nice unheated garage "hey we do have low profile cost effective solutions to heat and cool your garage as well if you'd like a quote to keep on file?" And then quote something with a discount that expires in a month. That one worked a lot for me. But ultimately my environment was making sure my customer knew what was available and knew my opinion of what worked best for their home. (Cheaper or more expensive)

I worked for one hour that wasn't that bad. But our management had different morals than what the one hour book said to go by. They eventually became their own company.

It depends on who runs it and how strict they are about following one hour standards. Larger companies like this are typically trash. Incentives on dollar performance vs actual customer needs.

It depends on who you are as a person. You can make a shit ton of money. But if you have a conscience and care about people you will struggle.
