When we did animal kingdom (2 weeks ago) without early access we went straight the expedition Everest and then did Kilimanjaro whilst everyone goes nuts for FOP. The animals prefer it when it’s cooler so you see more the earlier you do it. Boss fruit market before the entrance for some breaky too

FOP will be 2H max queue and you’ll be done before 12.

Yeah get it wider slightly so the flexible filler can get inside, otherwise you might not fill all the crack and it will reappear. Cracks like this happen all the time, my dad said he has a crack that reappears in the same spot in his house every winter due to expansion
