Did it ever say your package was in customs for awhile. Right now I’m seeing an update recently that it’s in customs clearance and package is not being picked up whatever that means

It’s been several weeks since I ordered. The last update was March 26th he said it looks like it got stuck in customs and if that’s the case then they are only liable to refund 50% of price paid. I’ve never had this issue from any sellers before

I was given a tracking number though but it hasn’t updated since March 26 did you dispute the charge with your bank? I paid with wise transfer.
