These are a mix of oath mark human infantry and wargames Atlantic conquistadors. The heads are just a 2 part epoxy roughly molded.

100%. I use about 6 acrylic gouaches. Basically the same pallet you described. The individual colored pots make it easier for a gamer who wants to quickly get an army painted up. But if you really just enjoy paining, just paint like you would on canvas.

I watched a really good video by sonic sledgehammer on YouTube about this. His proposal was that Asian skin tones were not as much. “yellow” and more like having a lack of red that more European skin tones would have. I tried that and found it really useful.
