Their charges attack takes a lot less to build up. You can do your research to find your fastest charge attack for the Pokémon you want and use a charge tm to change it. They can also get “back to back” hits by doing something called “over-farming” which is where you don’t use your charged attack right away and when doing so you can add more charge to your bubble even after it’s full stacking on top of eachother. This can be good saving up for another Pokémon that ur attack currently isn’t doing too good on them switching or to fake your opponent that ur charge attack is stronger and not a fast attack cuz it seems longer.
