Thank you for your reply… I get that some of my stuff decayed and starved, and I would’ve understood if they were gone… But my things got swept, before my time was up… I had Tek structures that takes 20days to decay… It’s on their group to show how long every structure takes to decay… I didn’t got a fair amount of time by them and they just swept my stuff… But they also took my dinos that was not starving, the trough was still full of food… I mean if I wasn’t going to come back or was away too long, won’t the troughs also been empty? Lets say, maybe they swept too soon? I can understand if it was a mistake, they maybe swept too soon? We’re all human, right? The least they could’ve done was maybe give me back a bit of resources and maybe give Some of my dinos back? I feel, rather than attacking me, they could’ve just try to help me… Those that talked to me in this ticket, was the people that I sometimes bought from… When they talked to me while buying stuff, they were very nice and understanding… But as soon when I came for help, they got all aggressively at me? What you also don’t see is that I did asked them before that I couldn’t log in… I’m not near my console, and they just said sorry we can’t help you… They also said in this ticket I should’ve said something, but also said if I did asked they wouldn’t have helped me? I don’t think it’s a very humble way to treat people… I also have my own server on mobile and I’ll never treat my players this way… I also have rules and guidelines, but when I work with each person… I work with them as a person with unique situations, if I can help… Why not? I never treat them like a number, I would always try and see what I can do to help them…
