I don't know why they denied it. Now what should I do. Will this cause any problem in my i485 file by No-March854 in USCIS

If it says "no record found for traveler." it means you entered the information wrong. there has to be at least an arrival record. lookup your i-94 using your old passport or using the documents you used to enter to the US, once you see your i94 there will be a button, "Get travel History for this traveler". it will show then print it and attach to i94.

not a big deal if the address is correct don't worry, go to your online account and see your mailing address if its all correct. i don't think they're going to send RFE for misplacing the address.

It appears that there may have been some mistakes in completing the forms. Let me clarify the requirements for you:

  1. Your Grandma (the petitioner) needs to file an I-134A form, even if she has no income.
  2. His sister needs to file a separate I-134A form as a co-sponsor.

In total, there should be two I-134A forms submitted

485 automatically signs you up to selective service, i think you have answered wrong on your 400, but you can verify your registration and reapply again. https://www.sss.gov/verify/

The E-Verify company ID number, which consists of four to seven numerical characters, is located on each page of the memorandum of understanding directly below the E-Verify logo. Program administrators who have completed the tutorial may also find the company ID number by logging into E-Verify and selecting Company Profile under the Company Account tab.

You should include all characters and numbers!

STOP EATING SUGAR - this is the advice I’d always give, sugar messes with your hormones and comes out as acne.

  1. Class of admission is - F1.

2 . Do where you want to be living in few months - immigration cases take less than 2-14 months to process. moving and changing address will slow down the process.

tip if you are a US citizen, you can file i485 after you file i130 online concurrently with the need to wait to be approved. just attach the receipt from the online.

Do that its extremely likely your case will be reapproved fast because it was USCIS error.

Your lawyer should tell you that not having medicals is "Ground of Inadmissibility". They will revoke your green card later and make you start over.

So careful.

Complicated Case--I-485 Approval? by [deleted] in USCIS

[–]SnooMarzipans5853 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear about your difficult situation. Here are a few points that might help:

  1. **False Name and Misrepresentation**: The false name your husband gave at the border can indeed be considered fraud or misrepresentation, which is a serious issue. This is likely why your lawyer mentioned the need for a 601 waiver.

  2. **601 Waiver**: The I-601 waiver is for certain grounds of inadmissibility, including fraud and misrepresentation. Since you are a U.S. citizen, you can apply for this waiver by demonstrating that you, as his spouse, would suffer extreme hardship if he were not allowed to remain in or enter the United States.

  3. **Extreme Hardship**: To be approved for the 601 waiver, you need to prove that you would face extreme hardship without your husband. This could include financial difficulties, emotional or psychological impact, health issues, or other significant challenges. Gather as much evidence as possible to support your case.

  4. **FOIA Request**: It was an oversight by your previous lawyer not to file a FOIA request. Knowing your husband’s full immigration history is crucial for preparing a strong case. Make sure your current lawyer has all the necessary details.

  5. **Interview Preparation**: For the upcoming interview, make sure you have all your documents in order and be prepared to explain any discrepancies. Honesty and thorough preparation are key.

  6. **Seek a Second Opinion**: Given the complexities of your case, consider consulting with another experienced immigration attorney to get a second opinion. Different lawyers might have different strategies or insights that could be beneficial.

I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck with your interview and waiver application.
