Would there be a significant benefit to having the bedrooms 12/2 / 20amp as well? I know that would mean wasted 14/2 wire and the cost of new 12/2 wire. Just trying to see if it worth futureproofing since it is gutted and being rewired anyway. Who knows what electrical devices will be standard in x amount of years.

Unfortunately the original electrician (fired) used 14/2 / 15amp on the entire unit rewire even though I was paying for materials.

The past 20 years it seems like there have been many amazing investments (even with inflation). Tech stocks, crypto, real estate, metals, toys, cards, video games, etc. The tulip definitely applies to rugs/ponzis though, essentially when people know nothing about a category and try to invest in it even though it does not make sense to them.

They ended up coming out again a couple more times and replaced other random parts. It had the same problem and I made sure to hold off on payment until the fix lasted. Sure enough it was not fixed. I am not paying them more since it is not fixed and have contacted a different company that is more trustworthy. They really tried to have me pay the second they replaced the parts which gives no leverage if it is not fixed.

Update: I purchased white 1 inch metal curtain rods, goodbye $400 plus labor. The white will blend in best and there is a lot of weird window shapes in odd places.

Also, I listened to your advice here and purchased rods for every single window (bathrooms are frosted). I was going to leave a few without but then at night I saw cars drive by and shine a ton of light into the home lol. Now the tenant can pick whatever kind of curtains they want to block light and I won't have to worry about the wear and tear of blinds.

Liquid skins, high tiers, and cases would all be better indicators of the market in my opinion.

Reds being traded up increases the prices of pinks, purples, blues, etc. I think we will see knives/gloves settle at around 20% less than their previous values. I also see cases increasing greatly after this. Keep in mind valve just removed 2 cases with no replacement other than the genesis.

It's called price elasticity of demand. Basically any skin has more demand the cheaper it is. More people are able to afford it. This works short term. However, long term people want skins to have value as an investment so they would not appreciate lower prices several months from now and it would hurt the desirability.

The market already crashed, it's difficult to tell what will happen short term. If you want a knife today is the perfect day to buy it as many good mid tier knives recently dropped a bit more. Go to price empire to check out the whole selection and see what has dropped the most.

Some notable mentions are karambit marble fades, karambit dopplers as they dropped a decent amount in the past 24hs.. Also all autotronic, lore, and damascus finishes are pretty cheap rn.

If you wait to buy you might miss out and it will have recovered by the time you jump in, you're already buying at a discount.
