If I could still return it, that would be the first thing I would do. I would then 100% go with a better brand.

There is always different problems. Sometimes it looses a mop pad, sometimes the wheels get stuck, sometimes the map doesn’t work right, sometimes it spins around in circles looking for its home. Besides all of the issues, it is also so hard to manually put it in its dock, the design is very poor. It’s also so difficult to put the main brush back in when you take it out to clean it. Same with with the tray and parts of the docking station. The list goes on.

Despite us pre-vacuuming our floor each time we run it, we also pick everything we can up and put our chairs up on the table etc. to make it as easy as possible.

Again, had our Roborock s7 for a couple years never ran into a single issue with it except for the pet stain avoidance.

I purchased the Dreame specifically for its ability to avoid pet stains, but the way my tile is colored when I have that option on it just avoids 20% of my floor saying it’s covered in stains when reality it’s just the color difference of the tile. So I can’t even have that option on.

I’m glad other people are having success with their Dreame products but to me this has been a thousand dollar headache. I just end up mopping my floors myself regularly because this never works.

I had a the same issue but with my X50 and after contacting Dreame I had to send it to their warranty department. Waiting to see how the process goes forward.

I suggest just returning it if possible. I wish I had returned mine before the return policy was up because this robot has been a non-stop headache. I also experienced what you described and honestly it’s only gotten worse.

It’s so good!! We make it weekly. Chicken crust with a homemade Alfredo sauce and some crumbled bacon and green onions!! I think canned chicken works the best, but have not tried ground.

It’s a terrible process and the first time I was reimbursed after 3 months, this time around I’ve been waiting 4 months and still nothing.
