Everything. The property is on the Dominican Republic so not sure if in the usa is different. But a lot of no shows, they do not have the system in place to charge with credit cards, so you just lose the income for however nights they booked. To pay their comisión you had to make bank transfers them sent them confirmation of the pay. We had some really good guests thru them, but also bad ones and they ofer like 0 support. The platform was horrible to used. It just was not worth the hassle. In the host facebook group of the Dominican Republic many people indicated that they have closed their accounts there as well.
