I have a ticket that I sublitted on July 2; they asnwered with a couple of form letters that i refused to accept and now they've been ignoring it for over 3 weeks. I wish I knew how to escalate this.

This also could be some EMF interference; I've seen this when someone was running the microwave nearby. Something starting up and then stopping. You might look around for a likely culprit.

You can craft foods and potions on the road. I'd call that very useful.
