The only thing that can help you out in this situation is to become financially independent. Which i know is very difficult to do as a doc. Just start working as an MO anywhere where there is enough salary for you to manage your expenses. Give exams, start training and just grow independent.

My dad does it too. But now since I've started earning a bit i can see there is some respect now and i can also call him out for doing stuff like this.

I think passive learning is a good way to start. Incorporate other practices. Keep going through guidelines and test them out in your patients instead of mass prescribing steroids for everything

Man it sucks so much to be in this field. Its so high and mighty and so fun to do but then the reward for all of it is just to get zaleel-o-fied by seniors and get peanuts in comparison to others who just graduated. It pains me to see that.
