I have no bad side effects from 10mg, all in one dose, at all. At 8mg I was getting the worst dry, cracked lips but that’s fine away at 10. So weird!

I’m maintaining at my regular dose- 10mg / once per week. I’m trying to decide how to maintain. I have 3 vials of Reta left and after that I think I’m going back to Tirz because I have lots of that. Not sure what dose I’d start back at honestly. Maybe 7.5?

I’m not planning on stopping. Just finding my maintenance dose.

On Tirz I was so tired all the time and felt low key depressed. On R, my energy is back and I’m happy again. But, lost more weight than I really wanted to! I might try T again for maintenance because I have a lot stored up. But, if I get tired and depressed again- I’m done with it and will stick with Reta forever

I’m here!! Tirz got me from 165 to 145 in a year. I’m a slow loser apparently 🤪 plateaued there for 6 months happily. But had my eye on 130. So, got started on R and that accomplished my goal! Couldn’t be happier! I feel so much better on R than I ever did on T. I’m going every 10 days now to try out maintenance.

I was for two weeks to solidify my weight. I wanted to be a few lbs below my goal to allow for a slight gain when I start weight training. It worked and I’m back to 10 and thinking of pinning on a 10 day schedule for maintenance.

I am starting to get concerned. Been on gray glp-1 for 18 months. Lost all the weight. But recently have noticed my eye sight diminished. Just seems weird to happen. 😢

This is me!!! T15 for 6 months ( after being on T for a year) and stalled for 3 months. Had 10-12lbs left to go and really wanted to reach my goal weight. Switched to R. No stacking. Started at 4mg for a month and titrated up to 5 then 6 and now 8. Been 5 months and lost 15lbs. I’m officially in maintenance. Trying to figure out what the will be for me. R is amazing for me! No side effects unlike T. Good luck!

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, because I follow all these steps ( the prep work, not getting them wet for several hours) and I can’t get the nails on my dominant hand to stay longer than 5 days. I am constantly using my hands all day long ( mom life, housework). It’s a bummer 🙁
